Date Added: September 14, 2026 Deadline: 21/09/2026 Category: General Supplies & Services HUMANITY GOALS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (HGDI) invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of 1,000 individual hygiene packages for adolescent girls under the Thriving Adolescent Girls (TAG) Initiative in selected public secondary schools in Bwari, Kuje and Kwali Area Councils, FCT Abuja. Each package will contain one pack of sanitary pads, one small bathing/toilet soap, and one small reusable opaque hygiene pouch. The selected supplier will be responsible for procuring and delivering the complete order. Payment will be made by HGDI within 30 days after satisfactory delivery, inspection and acceptance of the supplied items. Requirements Interested suppliers should: Be legally registered and capable of supplying the requested items. Provide verifiable evidence of at least one previous similar supply or project, such as a purchase order, contract, delivery note or completion certificate. Submit a detailed quotation showing unit and total prices. Provide the brand, specifications and pack size of the proposed products. Quote for 1,000 complete hygiene packages, including delivery. Provide a suitable new, clean, opaque and reusable hygiene pouch for each package. Provide valid business and contact information. State the expected delivery timeline and quotation validity period. Confirm acceptance of payment after satisfactory delivery and acceptance.
