The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Delivery And Unloading Of Diesel Oil In An Amount Of Approximately 130,000 Liters To The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Trzebień, Ul. Spacerowa 24, 59-707 Trzebień; B) Successive Refueling Of Approximately 220,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil For Vehicles And Equipment Of Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. In Bolesławiec At A Gas Station Within The City Limits Of Bolesławiec. C) Successive Refueling Of Pb 95 Unleaded Gasoline In An Amount Of Approximately 3,000 Liters To The Vehicles And Equipment Of Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. In Bolesławiec, Corresponding To The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment 2024. On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels. D) Purchased Fuels Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). 3. The Contractor: A) Will Ensure Fuel Delivery To The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Ul. Spacerowa 24, 59-707 Trzebień, B) Will Provide A Service Of Refueling Diesel Oil And Pb 95 Unleaded Gasoline 24 Hours A Day, At One Station. C) Provide A Location For A Gas Station For Refueling The Ordering Partys Vehicles Within The City Limits Of Bolesławiec. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Contractors Gas Station Lasting More Than 2 Hours, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Alternative Gas Station Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Bolesławiec. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Location Of An Alternative Station And Ensure The Possibility Of Trouble-Free Refueling Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles Within 2 Hours Of The Failure At The Latest. The Same Commercial Conditions, Fuel Prices And Discounts Specified In This Agreement Will Apply At The Alternative Station. Refueling At The Alternative Station Will Be Based On The Same Fuel Cards/Cashless Systems That Are Used At The Main Station. The Alternative Station Must Be Available To The Ordering Partys Vehicles 24 Hours A Day (24/7) And Technically Adapted To Service All Types Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles, Including Trucks. D) Ensure That The Invoice Is Paid Within 30 Days. 4. Quantity Or Scope Of The Order: A) The Quantity Of Fuels Ordered Is An Estimate. B) In The Event Of A Significant Change In Circumstances Causing The Performance Of The Contract To Be No Longer In The Public Interest, Which Could Not Have Been Foreseen At The Time Of Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party May Withdraw From The Contract Within 30 Days Of Becoming Aware Of These Circumstances. In Such A Case, The Contractor May Only Demand Remuneration Due For The Performance Of Part Of The Contract. 5. Deadline For Order Completion: 01/01/2027 - 31/12/2027 6. Conditions
