The Tender Includes The Supply Of Temporary Teaching Staff To Daycare Centers In Hillerød Municipality. The Services Only Include Substitute Classes Held During Daytime Hours On Weekdays Within The Following Categories Of Substitutes: Teachersteachers And Assistantspedagogical Assistants The Agreement Is Aimed At The Principals Day Care Institutions That Have A Need For Substitutes. The Principal Can And Will Enter Into Agreements For The Supply Of Temporary Teaching Staff Aimed At Other Types Of Needs And Departments, Such As Temporary Staff For Accommodation And Other Special Offers. The Agreement Includes Is Aimed At The Supply Of Temporary Staff When The Principals Own Staff Of Temporary Staff As Well As The Principals Permanent Pedagogues, Teaching Assistants, Etc. Cannot Cover The Need. Requirements For The Temporary Workers As Well As Conditions For Ordering And Delivery Appear In The Agreement With Associated Annexes - Including Especially Annex 1 - Specification Of Requirements. We Work With Two General Types Of Temporary Work Orders: Emergency Temporary Workers And Planned Temporary Workers. The Agreement Does Not Give The Winning Tenderer A Claim Or Guarantee For A Specific Number Of Hours/Shifts. The Extent Of The Deliveries Is Determined Solely By The Orders That The Individual Orderers Regularly Place With The Ordering Party. The Consumption Is Thus Determined By The Actual Need In The Ordering Partys Departments And Institutions, And The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Purchase A Certain Minimum. The Agreement Requires A Minimum Delivery Rate, By Which Is Meant The Percentage Of All Orders That The Winning Bidder Must Cover. The Requirements Are A Delivery Rate Of 92% For Emergency Substitutes And 95% For Planned Substitutes. If The Stipulated Delivery Rates Are Not Observed, It Will Be A Breach Of Contract Which Could, Among Other Things, Lead To A Demand For Payment Of A Fine.
