Quotation are invited for Tablet Computer, Interactive Electronic Board Project Title: Integrated Perinatal Care Project REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - GOODS (RFQG) Project Title: Integrated Perinatal Care Project Source of Funding: ADB Loan #4468 Contract Ref: IPCP/RFQ/G-05 Date of Issue of Request: 14 September 2026 To the attention of all interested parties: The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the implementation of the Integrated Perinatal Care Project and intends to use part of these funds for the corresponding payments for the purchase of tablet computers and interactive electronic boards for the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center (RSSPMC) for Maternal and Child Health and its regional branches listed below: No. Equipment Quantity (units) 1. The Contract will be awarded to the company offering the lowest evaluated price and complying with all parameters of the technical specifications. In addition, you must submit one copy labelled COPY. In the event of any discrepancy between the Original and the Copy, the Original will prevail. Your quotation in the enclosed form must be signed, sealed, and enclosed in an envelope. Your quotation shall be submitted in English. The quotation must be accompanied by relevant technical documentation, catalogues and other printed materials or relevant information on the name of the product for which the price is quoted, including the names and addresses of firms providing services for these products in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The deadline for submitting quotations to the address indicated above: 30 September 2026, no later than 15:00 (Tashkent time). Quotations will be publicly opened in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to attend in person, at the address given above at 15:15 (Tashkent time), 30 September 2026. Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the instructions below and in accordance with the attached Contract (see Appendix No. 3), Terms and Schedule of Delivery (see Appendix No. 3), which are an integral part of the Contract, and the Form of Quotation (see Appendix No. 2). i. PRICES: Prices should be presented on delivery terms (INCOTERMS 2020): - CIP Tashkent (to the end user) for imported goods; - EXW Tashkent (to the end user) for domestic suppliers. The cost should include all related services, such as cargo insurance for delivery to the destination. Prices must be presented in US dollars or Uzbek Soums. The source of the exchange rate shall be the rate published by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on quotation submission deadline. i. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS: Quotations will be evaluated according to the technical specifications by comparing their prices as a whole on CIP/EXW terms (plus inland transportation for delivery to the destination and other related services, such as insurance, etc.), converted into Uzbek soum (the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan) at the exchange rate established by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the deadline for submitting quotations. In evaluating the quotations, the Purchaser will correct arithmetic errors according to the following rules: (a) If there is a discrepancy between the figures and the price in words, the price in words will prevail. (b) If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the amount obtained by multiplying the unit price by the quantity, the unit price will prevail. (c) If the Supplier refuses to accept these adjustments, the quotation shall be rejected. In addition, it should be noted that the offered prices should not include: · Any customs duties, import or other taxes or fees applicable to goods imported into Uzbekistan. · Value Added Tax (VAT) in the Republic of Uzbekistan. i. CONTRACT AWARD: The Contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest evaluated price whose quotation meets the technical specifications. The Contract will be signed with the successful bidder in accordance with the attached form and terms of delivery. ii. VALIDITY PERIOD: Quotations must be valid for 60 days from the deadline specified above. iii. In the event that the bidder withdraws its quotation within the validity period and/or refuses to accept the award of the Contract and/or its proper execution, the bidder will be removed from the list of potential bidders for a period of two years.
