Tenders are invited for Design, Construction, and Performance-Based Maintenance of Kyzylorda-Saksaulsk Highway Project (Lot 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6) The Project involves the reconstruction and upgrading of a 462 km section of the national highway to Category IA/IB standards. The Project is planned to be implemented under the DesignBuild Maintenance (DBM) 137 model, comprising:- 1 year for detailed design;- 3 years for construction; and- 7 years of performance-based maintenance by the contractor. ADB financing covers the section between Km 130 and Km 327.
