Tenders are invited for Supply of Refuellers (2 Nos) Document Fees: KD 150/- Bid Bond Value: 5,000/- K.D The Higher Procurement Committee (HPC) of Kuwait Petroleum Company (KPC), based on the request from Kuwait Aviation Fuelling Company (KAFCO), announces the issuance of Limited Tender No. 23/24-30 regarding Supply of Refuellers (2 Nos) This Tender is limited and Not Subject to Split. The Tender is limited, single-stage, and requires submission of bids with the Bid Bond. The Tender is limited to the (04) companies listed in the table below. Companies that choose not to submit a bid must inform KAFCO via an official letter stating the reasons for withdrawal by the closing date mentioned above, to avoid exclusion from future KAFCO tenders. Tender Scope Design, Assembly & Supply of Two (02) Number of Aviation Fuel Refuellers 60,000 Liters Capacity as per the Technical Specifications to KAFCOs facility at Kuwait International Airport, Kuwait. The Tender closing date is 15/09/2026 at 1:00 PM. Bids must be submitted at www.ktendering.com.kw. Late submissions will not be accepted. The Bid Bond must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. The pre-tender meeting will be held on 27/08/2026 at 11:00 AM at KAFCOs headquarters, basement meeting room as well as through Microsoft Teams. The deadline for submitting any inquiries, reservations, or requests by participating companies regarding this Tender is 27/08/2026. No requests will be considered after this date. The final time for bid submission is 1:00 PM on the designated closing date, as indicated above. Bids should be deposited through www.ktendering.com.kw. The document purchase fee is 150 KWD.
