Tenders are invited for Preparation of Consultancy Studies for the Sabah Al-Ahmad Resort for Elderly Care Affiliated with the Ministry of Social Affairs at the Request of the Ministry of Central Agency for Public Tenders Price: 300/-. Individual bids. A valid national manpower quota compliance certificate issued by the Authority for Manpower must be submitted with the bid. Authority for Manpower letter should be attached to the tender documents for monitoring no suspension on the bidders file must be submitted. The sealed and endorsed envelopes are taken from tender document fees pursuant to Article 39 of Law No. 74/2019. Bid Bond: 6,000 valid for 90 days in favor of the Central Agency for Public Tenders. The certificate of observance of the national manpower employment rate, issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, valid for one year, should be submitted with the offer. The tenderer should submit a current certificate issued to whom it may concern by the Ministry of Public Authority stating that there are no impediments in the national manpower file. The tenderer should also submit an invitation to the tender opening session.
