Tenders are invited for Design and Development of Website Services and Smart Applications for the Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT). upon the request of CAPT. Document price: 50 Bid bond: 1,000 valid for 90 days Offers must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. on the closing date. Payment should be made by certified cheque or Knet. All documents must be submitted on a nonrewritable CD, with both hard and soft copies. Requirements include manpower quota certificates and suspension confirmations from the Public Authority for Manpower. Exemptions apply for small and medium enterprise owners under Article 39 of Law No. 74/2019. The tender is indivisible.
