Tenders are invited for Production of a Documentary Film Service Location: Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Abu Dis, Al Eizariya, Al-Ram Tender Description The Union of the Charitable Societies-Jerusalem (UCS) invites qualified companies to submit their offers for production of a documentary film through funding from the European Union (EU), within the project titled Civil Society Empowerment for Social Change in Jerusalem: Strengthening Grassroots Networks and Partnerships Project. The UCS, now invites eligible companies having the relevant experience to perform the service, to obtain the price offer papers starting from Sunday 13/09/2026 after sending the portfolio of the company along with the Registration paper and cover letter, via email: [email protected] and you will then be provided with all the price offer documents. GENERAL CONDITIONS The submitted offers should be in Euro. Amount shall be tax excluded according to the project tax exempt condition. The company must issue an official tax invoice. The company must have a valid certificate of deduction at source. UCS is not obligated to award to the lowest price offer. Access to Jerusalem. Offers that dont meet the minimum requirements or received after the deadline will be discarded and not considered in the next steps. Offers must be valid for 90 days after the date of the deadline of submission.
