The bidding documents may be collected from the Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS), Humanitarian Supply Chain Department, Procurement Division, First Floor, Office No. 25, Stadium Area, Addis Ababa Bidders Shall Submit Copies of the Following Valid and Renewed Documents: Business License for The Year 2018 E.C, Business Registration Certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and any other relevant supporting documents required under the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted together with a bid security (bid bond) in the form of a CPO only, amounting to 2% of the total bid price for goods, as applicable.
