Tenders are invited for Equipment Required for Road Work (Mammoties, Crow Bars, Pick Axe, Kattys, Manna Knives, Slashers, Rakes, Shovels, Swing Knife) The covers containing the applications should be marked as "Registration of Suppliers and Contractors 2027" at the left-side top corner. The non-refundable fee for Goods or Services will be Rs. 2000/= and for Contractors will be Rs. 5000/= which should be paid either by cash or cheque. Cheques should be drawn in favour of the "Chairman, Biyagama Pradeshiya Sabha, Delgoda". Separate applications should be submitted for each Goods or Service with true copies of the Business Registration Certificate per each application. The Registration Fee for above Goods and Services will be Rs. 2000/= and Contractor Registration Fee will be Rs. 5000/=.
