Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Food & Nutrition Under the World Food Programme (WFP) School Meals Programme, Development Culture and Leadership (DCL) is seeking to establish Framework Agreement(s) with qualified supplier(s) for the provision of transportation and logistics services during the 20262027 school year. The scope includes the transportation of prepared school meals, freshly baked fortified wheat flour bread (FWFB), and other programme-related transportation services that may be required during the contract period, in accordance with the requirements and specifications set out in this Invitation to Tender (ITT).
