Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics of the Ministry of Higher Education for guidance. 5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bills of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME), should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to: The Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Higher Education, Asaba. 6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left-hand corner of the envelop and delivered to the above stated on or before Thursday 24th September, 2026. Tender will be opened on Tuesday 29th September, 2026 at 11.00am in the Ministry of Higher Education, Asaba in the presence of Bidders or their representatives.
