Tenders are invited for Design, Construction, and Performance-Based Maintenance of Beineu-Saksaulsk Project (Lot 1, 2, 3, and 4) The NC KazAvtoZhol JSC (the Employer) invites Bidders for the design, construction, completion, and performance-based maintenance of the BeineuSaksaulsky Highway (the Works). The Project involves the reconstruction and upgrading of a 559 km section of the national highway to Category II standards, including ADB financed 124 km section from km 286 to km 410. The Project is planned to be implemented under the DesignBuildMaintenance (DBM) 137 model, comprising: - 1 year for detailed design; - 3 years for construction; and - 7 years of performance-based maintenance by the contractor.
