Expression of Interest for Distribution Third-Party Logistics (3pl) Services for Pharmaceuticals and Ambient Commodities Date Added: September 10, 2026 Deadline: 01/10/2026 Category: Logistics/Shipping Introduction MEBS Global, also referred to as MEBS, offers a range of in-country support and local assistance services, along with cargo transportation and logistics management, focusing primarily on emerging markets and regions affected by conflict or in post-conflict recovery, particularly in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Objective MEBS Global invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified 3PLs for the distribution of health commodities across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, with a specific focus on the bimonthly last-mile distribution of health commodities in 36 states plus FCT and bimonthly inter-warehouse distribution among 6 regional and central warehouses. This EOI aims to expand MEBS database of 3PL service providers for distribution. Scope of Services The requested services include transportation and delivery of commodities such as pharmaceuticals; ambient items (including insecticide-treated nets and other non-pharmaceuticals); laboratory and medical equipment and supplies; other non-hazardous materials; and waste retrieval.
