Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of 01 No. of 06 Body, 02 - Level Mortuary Cooler Drawer-Type Unts for Base Hospital - Gampola. A Complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from the Director, Base Hospital Gampola on working days between 09:30 a.m. and 03.00 p.m. up to 29/09/2026 on Submission of written request to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500/=. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security, Addressed to Director, Base Hospital Gampola issued by a commercial bank in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank amounting to LKR 300,000.00 for the Validity Period (Minimum Covering Period) of 119 days Starts from the Closing Date of the bid.
