Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Factory New Off-Road Pick-Up Car For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Medkovets

The Municipality Of Medkovets Participates As A Partner, Together With The Other Municipalities Of The Montana Region, In A Project Proposal Of The Regional Directorate Fire Safety And Protection Of The Population - Montana With The Name Increasing The Preparedness Of The Montana Region For The Prevention And Control Of Disasters, Fires And Emergency Situations.The Project Is Aimed At Increasing The Readiness To Respond To And Eliminate The Consequences Of Natural Disasters, Fires And Other Emergency Situations Of The Regional Directorate Fire Safety And Protection Of The Population - Montana And Of The Voluntary Formations Created In Accordance With The Disaster Protection Act.In The Implementation Of The Project, The Municipality Of Medkovets Opens A Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract, The Scope Of Which Includes The Following Activities:1. Delivery Of 1 (One) Factory-New, Unused Off-Road Pick-Up Car, As Well As Provision Of Warranty Service Throughout The Warranty Period. The Warranty Service Of The Car Covers The Performance Of Scheduled Technical Inspections And Servicing Provided By The Manufacturer, As Well As The Provision Of Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Necessary To Maintain The Car In Working Order. The Contractor Assumes Warranty Responsibility For Any Inconsistencies, Defects And/Or Damages That Occur Within The Warranty Period.The Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement, As Well As The Requirements Regarding The Type, Technical And Functional Characteristics Of The Car, Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) And In The Attached Table, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
