The Same Are Included In The List Of Goods Approved By The Council Of Ministers Under Art. 79, Paragraph 1, Item 7 Of The Civil Code.Quantities: Car Fuels.Total Quantity – 4,800,000 L.Distributed Roughly By Type As Follows:Diesel Fuel B6 - 3,500,000 Liters;Unleaded Gasoline - 1,000,000 Liters.Propane-Butane Gas - 300,000 Liters.In The Event That Within The Term Of The Contract (48 Months), The Contracting Authority Does Not Claim (Charge) The Entire Quantity Of Fuels Recorded In Item 1 Of The Technical Specification, The Contracting Authority Does Not Owe Payment For The Remaining Undeclared Quantities Of Fuels.
