Activities Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement:Activity 1: Project Organization And Managementthe Activity Includes The Creation And Operation Of An External Project Management Team Responsible For The Overall Coordination, Monitoring And Control Of Implementation.The Main Sub-Activities For Which The Public Procurement Contractor Is Responsible Are The Following:- Assistance Of The Contracting Authority Regarding The Preparation Of The Necessary Correspondence Related To The Execution Of The Contract To The Ma Of The Environment 2021-2027 Program;- Preparation Of Documents In Connection With Reporting On The Implementation Of The Project;- Coordination Of The Document Flow During The Implementation Of The Planned Activities Within The Project,- Assistance In The Implementation Of Documentary Checks, Including Checks Of Invoices And Other Documents Submitted By The Contractors Under The Contracts For The Implementation Of The Activities Provided For In The Project;- Coordination Of The Documentary Exchange Of Information Between The Municipality Of Devin, The Ma Of The Environment 2021-2027 Program And The Executors Of The Project Activities;- Assists The Contracting Authority In Carrying Out On-Site Inspections By The Financing And Auditing Institutions;- Assists The Contracting Authority In Reporting The Project To The Management Board Of The Environment 2021-2027 Program At Every Stage Of Its Implementation;- Carries Out Control And Review Of The Documentation During The Implementation Of Each Stage Of The Planned Srm;- Assists The Contracting Authority In The Follow-Up Of The Processes In Connection With The Elimination Of Observed Remarks And Malfunctions During The Implementation Of The Smp.Activity 2: Information And Publicity The Main Sub-Activities For Which The Public Procurement Contractor Is Responsible Are The Following:- Preparation Of A Publication On The Website Of The Municipality Of Devin Of A Brief Description Of The Project, Its Goals And Results, Indicating The Financial Support From The Eu;- Preparation Of 1 Pc. Billboard, According To The Requirements Described In The Beneficiarys Manual For The Implementation Of The Rules Of Visibility, Transparency And Communication 2021-2027: When Preparing And Disseminating Information About The Project, The Eu Emblem And Publicity Requirements Should Be Used, In Accordance With The Provision Of Art. 50 Of Regulation (Eu) No. 2021/1060 And Annex Ix To The Same, As Well As The Beneficiarys Handbook For The Implementation Of The Visibility, Transparency And Communication Rules 2021-2027.
