Through This Tender, The Huasco Provincial Hospital Monseñor Fernando Ariztía Ruiz - Hereinafter Interchangeably “The Hospital” Or “Hph” Requires The Signing Of A Contract For The Transfer Of Patients From The Hemodialysis Unit And Other Requirements Demanded By The Mobilization Unit Of The General Services Department Of The Hospital.To Carry Out This Service, The Awarded Bidder Must Have A Vehicle And Sufficient Accredited Personnel And Supply All The Supplies And Work Tools That Are Demanded, Provide The Necessary Safety Elements, Equipment And Implements, For The Correct Fulfillment Of The Contracted Services, On A Daily, Continuous And Permanent Basis, Guaranteeing Timely And Quality Development.The Particular Characteristics Of The Services To Be Acquired Are Described In The Technical Bases That Accompany These Administrative Bases.
