Construction Work - Design And Construction Of The Cultural Center (Miasteczko Kultury) In Ożarów Mazowiecki On Plot No. 6/214 At Sochaczewska Street. 4.1 The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Together With The Necessary Opinions And Arrangements, As Well As The Performance Of All Construction And Assembly Works On Its Basis In Connection With The Implementation Of The Task Of Building The Culture Town Cultural Center In Ożarów Mazowiecki On Plot 6/214 At Ul. Sochaczewska In The Design And Build System. 4.3 The Task Is Included In The Commune Budget For 2026, Section: 921, Chapter 92195, Paragraph: 6050 Design And Construction Of The Cultural Center In Ożarów Mazowiecki And In The Communes Wpf For 2027 And 2028. 4.4 A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4.5 Scope Of The Subject Of The Order - The Designed Buildings Will Be Public Utility Facilities With A Cultural Function, Dedicated To The Local Community - Residents Of The Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune. Their Primary Goal Is To Create A Modern, Publicly Accessible Space Conducive To Social Integration, The Development Of Civic Activity And Strengthening The Bonds Of The Local Community. The Implementation Of The Investment Will Contribute To Increasing The Availability Of Cultural Infrastructure, Enabling Various Forms Of Artistic, Educational And Animation Activities. The Facilities Will Be A Place For Organizing Cultural Events, Educational Activities, Workshops And Social Initiatives Meeting The Needs Of Various Age Groups And Environments. 4.6 The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Complete Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law In Accordance With The Required Scope And To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Current Technical And Construction Regulations And The State Of Technical Knowledge. 4.7 The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Design, Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions And The Construction And Commissioning Of The Facility In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Fup, Applicable Legal Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Activities Necessary To Achieve The Intended Functional, Utility And Economic Effect, Even If They Are Not Explicitly Mentioned In This Study. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take The Above Into Account When Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Subject Of The Order. 4.8 The Requirements Set Out In This Program May Not Cover All The Details Necessary To Develop Design Documentation. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Take Advantage Of Any Errors Or Omissions In The Tender Documentation, And Is Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party If They Are Detected, Who Will Make Appropriate Additions, Corrections Or Explanations. 4.9 If Manufacturers Names, Trademarks Or Other Proper Names Are Used In The Study, It Should Be Assumed That They Were Indicated Solely For The Purpose Of Specifying Technical Requirements. Equivalent Solutions May Be Used, Provided That The Requirements Are Met
