Services Refer To Expert Services During Implementation Projects And Development Projects As Well As Ongoing Services After Implementation, Such As Support And Maintenance Services, Further Development, Processing Of Change Requests, Technical Expert Support, Architecture And Integration Expertise, Tasks Related To Service Management And Training. The Services May Include Application Definition, Design, Implementation, Testing, Implementations, As Well As Operation, Maintenance, Support And Development Services, Architecture Services, Possible Data Migrations And Integrations Included In Implementations, Process Harmonization Support During Deliveries And Assessment Of License Needs, As Well As Training Services And Documentation. Applications Based On This Procurement Are Produced On Microsoft Dynamics 365 Or Power Platform. A Framework Arrangement Will Be Formed From The Procurement, For Which Three Suppliers Will Be Selected In Order Of Priority. The Competition Is Carried Out Through An Open Procedure. The Participants In The Procurement Ring Each Make Their Own Procurement Decision And Contract With The Bidders Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Maximum Value Of The Acquisition Is Nine (9) Million Euros (Vat 0%). Based On The Framework Arrangement, The Subscriber And The Subscribers Industries, Agencies, Business Establishments And Digihelsinki Oy Can Acquire The Services Or Continuous Services Referred To In The Framework Arrangement With Separate Supply Contracts. Delivery Contracts Can Also Relate To Applications Implemented By The Subscriber Himself Or Implemented In Cooperation With Other Contractual Partners. If Several Suppliers Participate In The Implementation, Maintenance Or Further Development Of The Same Application, The Division Of Responsibilities And The Cooperation Obligations Of The Suppliers Are Defined In The Supply Agreement. In Connection With Microsoft Dynamics 365 And Power Platform Implementations, The Deliveries May Also Include Components Implemented With Other Technologies, Such As, For Example, Integration With An External Database, An Interface, Or A Software Component, Etc.
