The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Collection, Transport Of Cash And Delivery Throughout Metropolitan Territory (Excluding Corsica) Of Packages Containing Paper Vouchers Issued By The National Agency For Holiday Vouchers (Ancv), From One Or More Predetermined Sites To Recipients Designated By The Ancv. These Services Must Begin On January 1, 2027, Or On The Date Of Notification Of The Market If It Is Notified After January 1, 2027. The Implementation Of The Market Will Be Carried Out As Soon As The Market Is Notified. The Contract Will End On December 31, 2028. It Is Renewable Two (2) Times, For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months. No Further Renewal Of The Market Can Take Place. The Renewal Will Be Tacit. The Holder Cannot Oppose The Renewal Of The Contract. In The Event Of Non-Renewal, The Holder Will Not Be Able To Claim Payment Of Any Compensation. At The End Of The Last Renewal, No New Orders Can Be Placed In Execution Of The Contract. If The Contracting Authority Does Not Wish To Renew The Contract, It Must Take An Express Decision Not To Renew It, Which It Notifies To The Holder At The Latest 90 Calendar Days Before The Expiry Date Of The Contract Or A Subsequent Renewal. The Holder Cannot Object To The Non-Renewal Of The Contract. The Estimated Amount Of The Contract Over The Overall Duration Of Four (4) Years, Excluding Charges For Propulsion Energy Products Linked To Road Transport (Diesel), Is 1.5 Million Euros Excluding Taxes. The Maximum Amount Of The Contract Over The Overall Duration Of 4 Years, Including Charges For Propulsion Energy Products Linked To Road Transport (Diesel), Is 2.5 Million Euros Excluding Taxes.
