The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of All-Day Meals For Patients And Employees Of The Public Contracting Authority. The Contract Consists Of: • Provision Of Meals For Employees, • Provision Of Meals For Patients, • Provision Of Catering Services, Which Includes: O Preparation Of Food By Suppliers Outside The Premises Of The Public Contracting Authority, O Delivery (Importation) Of Food To The Point Of Food Distribution, O Provision Of Food To Employees Of The Public Contracting Authority For The Purpose Of Consumption Or Delivery To Patients Of The Public Contracting Authority. At The Same Time, The Public Contracting Authority Transfers The Non-Residential Premises Specified In Article 6 Of Annex No. 1 Of These Tender Documents, For The Temporary Use Of The Food Supplier As A Tenant, For The Purpose Of Operating A Buffet, Outside The Time Of Issuing Food To Employees Of The Public Contracting Authority.
