Brief Description: The Public Order Includes The Delivery Of 16 Off-Road Vehicles - Type Pick-Up. Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement: The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Record-Keeping In The Contracting Authoritys Record-Keeping System. The Term Of The Contract Expires After The Expiration Of The Warranty Period Of The Cars (At Least 60 Months) And The Satisfaction Of All Claims Of The Employer Related To The Warranty Liability Of The Contractor. The Deadline For Delivery Is Up To 9 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, But No Later Than 11.02.2028. The Contract Can Be Amended With Regard To The Deadline For The Performance Of The Public Procurement (11.02.2028), On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Llp, By Mutual Consent Of The Parties, Expressed In Writing, In The Event That The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Activity/Project Agreed With The Financing Contract Under The Floodguard 2 Project Increasing The Capacity For Prevention And Response In The Event Of Floods And Subsequent Disasters And Emergencies In The Cross-Border Region, Financed Under The Interreg Vi-A Greece-Bulgaria 2021-2027 Program, Is Amended By An Additional Agreement D. *Note: The Contractor Shall Notify In Writing No Less Than 7 Calendar Days In Advance Of The Specific Date And Time At Which The Delivery Will Be Made. ​​​​​​​
