Rescue Vehicles – Delivery Of One Medium-Sized Special Fire, Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive System (Category 2: Off-Road), For The Stopnica Volunteer Fire Department. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of One Medium-Sized Special Fire, Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle 4X4 For The Volunteer Fire Department In Stopnica; The Ordering Party Requires, Among Others: That The Offered Car Is Brand New And Meets The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles; The Delivered Item Of The Order Must Be Unused, Undamaged, And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties; The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide And Hand Over To The Ordering Party The Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle And, Among Others, Certificates Of Approval Of The Vehicle For Use In Fire Protection Units; During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Documents Proving That The Delivery Meets The Required Standards And Regulations And The Required Parameters (Certificates, Certificates, Catalog Cards, Instructions, Etc.) In Order To Accept And Assess Compliance With The Detailed Technical Specification/Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Opz; The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected At The Contractors Headquarters By The Ordering Party On A Previously Agreed Date; The Contractor Is Obliged To Train Users Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Basic Operation Of The Vehicle; The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Order To Coordinate The Proper Course Of Delivery And Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines; A Full, Detailed And Exhaustive Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz; Draft Contractual Provisions - Annex No. 2 To The Swz; Answers To Questions Provided During The Tender Procedure (If Applicable). All Of The Above Documents Should Be Treated As Complementary To Each Other.
