Modular And Portable Buildings – Delivery, Installation, Commissioning Of A Modular Biolaboratory Container System. The Third-Party Funded Project Textilfabrik 7.0 (T7) Started In October 2025. T7 Is A Project Of The Research Institute For Textiles And Clothing (Ftb) At The Niederrhein University Of Applied Sciences, The Institute For Textile Technology (Ita) At Rwth Aachen, The Association Of The Northwest German Textile And Clothing Industry And The Association Of The Rhenish Textile And Clothing Industry, With The Textile Academy Of North Rhine-Westphalia And The Wfmg For The City Of Mönchengladbach. The Major Project Textilfabrik 7.0 Is Intended To Address Sustainability, Biosphere, Regionality And Digitalization And To Develop Competitive Industrial Production Of The Future Using The Example Of The Textile And Fashion Industry. The Overarching Goals Are - The Creation Of New Jobs Across All Qualification Levels On A Sustainable Basis And - The Further Development Of Technology And Concepts - Sustainable Production Methods And Use Of Resources, Circular Economy Or Consistent Digitalization Towards Ai - For The Industry. For This Project, The Niederrhein University Of Applied Sciences Intends To Tender For A Modular Biolaboratory Container System With (Interior) Equipment (See Point 3 Service Description) On A Reserved Area Of Approx. 430 M2 Without Suspension (According To Items 1.3 And 1.4 Of The List Of Services/Criteria Catalog). This Area Is Divided Into 8 Shed Segments (One Shed Section Corresponds To An Area Of Approximately 6 M X 9 M = ~ 54 M2 With An Actual Usable Area After Deducting The Pillars Of Approximately 5.5 M X 8.5 M = ~ 47 M2, See 3.1 Example Plan For The Biolaboratory Container). The Modular Container System, Consisting Of Several Interconnected Individual Containers, Should Be Ready-To-Use, I.E. H. Including All Necessary Components In The T7 Hall (M4-1) Of Monforts Quartier 35, Schwalmstraße 301, 41238 Mönchengladbach And Handed Over Ready For Operation After Instruction. The Necessary Infrastructure For Proper Connection Is Provided By The Client In Collaboration With The Landlord And Coordination With The Bidder. Subsequent Operation Of The Laboratories, Including As A Production Facility Through The Use Of Fermenters, Through The Genetic Engineering Facility According To Gentg Or Gentsv For Safety Levels 1 And 2 (S1, S2), And As Laboratories For Biological Agents According To Biostoffv (Including Trba 100) For Protection Levels 1 And 2 (Rg 1, Rg2) Must Be Guaranteed. The Biolaboratory Container System Also Complies With The Laboratory Directive Of The European Union (Rl 2000/54/Ec) And The Workplace Regulations In Germany (Arbstättv) And Is Also Designed For Working With Chemical Agents In Accordance With Chemg Or Gefstoffv (More Precisely In Accordance With The Technical Rules For Hazardous Substances In Laboratories - Trgs 526). The Bidders Offer Ensures That Nothing Stands In The Way Of Approval From The Responsible Authority (Düsseldorf District Government; Department 53; Subject Area 53.5 Genetic Engineering - Approval).
