The Object Of The Procurement Is The Official Uniforms Of The Rescue Services As Defined In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Procurement Of Official Clothes Is Carried Out As A Procurement Ring, In Which The North Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Pohde) Is Responsible For The Procurement As An Authority. The Procurement Ring Includes 26 Organizations, Which Consist Of Welfare Areas, Rescue Agencies, The Uusimaa Rescue Association, The Emergency College, The Ministry Of The Interior, The Licensing And Control Agency And Finlands Svenska Brand- & Räddingsförbund. The Exact List Of Procurement Units Can Be Found In The Procurement Contract. The Rescue Authority Must Wear The Uniform Of The Rescue Operation In Their Official Duties, Unless The Nature Or Nature Of The Official Duty Requires Otherwise. The Rescue Service Decides On The Obligation Of Other Personnel Of The Rescue Service To Wear The Uniform Of The Rescue Operation. The Uniform Of The Rescue Service Is Used As The Uniform Of The Personnel Of The Rescue College And As The Student Uniform Of The Students Of The Rescue College. The Clothing, Accessories And Equipment Belonging To The Rescue Service Uniform Are Defined In The Uniform Regulation And More Specifically In The Product Description Guide For The Rescue Service Uniform. Instructions Related To The Use Of Uniforms Are Defined In The Uniform Instructions For Rescue Operations. The Clothes, Accessories And Equipment Belonging To The Uniform Of The Rescue Service Are Divided Into Four Sets Of Clothing In The Uniform Regulation: Station Clothing, Office Clothing, Visiting Clothing And Party Clothing. The Uniform Regulation Defines Which Signs And Emblems Are Used In The Equipment Belonging To The Uniform And Where They Are Attached. The Official Uniform Uses Only The Signs And Symbols Defined In The Regulation And Instructions. The Product Descriptions Of The Uniforms And Insignias Are Presented In Appendix 1.1 Product Description Instructions For Rescue Service Uniforms 2025. Partial Bids Are Not Accepted. Alternative Offers Deviating From The Object Of Procurement Will Not Be Accepted. Contract Period According To The Current Estimate, The Contract Will Enter Into Force In January-February 2027. The Length Of The Contract Period Is Five Years. At The Beginning Of The Contract Period, Time Is Set Aside For The Implementation Of The Contract, Which Includes The Procurement Of Materials And Product Approval. Approximately Eight (8) To Nine (9) Months Will Be Reserved For The Implementation Of The Agreement. During The Contract Period, Product Development Work Is Carried Out Based On Complaints And/Or Feedback, E.G. In Terms Of Materials And Dimensions. During The Last Six Months Of The Contract Period, Stocks Are Run Down Step By Step, Which Reduces The Reliability Of Delivery. Varsinais-Suomen Welfare Region Is Involved In The Procurement Process, But Makes Its Own Procurement Decision And Procurement Contract.
