The Procurement Concerns The Structural Design Tasks Performed In Separately Defined Construction Projects Of The University Of Helsinki Group (University Of Helsinki, University Of Helsinki Funds, Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy, Koy Biomedicum Helsinki And The Real Estate And Subsidiaries Owned By Them) During The Framework Contract Period. Based On The Participation Applications, 5-10 Companies Will Be Selected For The Tender. Based On The Tender, A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With 3-8 Operators. For Assignments To Be Identified Later, The Customer Places Orders Below The National Threshold Value According To His Own Discretion. In Its Consideration, The Customer Takes Into Account The Characteristics Of The Project As Well As The Special Expertise And Experience Of The Contractual Partners.
