The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase By The Ordering Party And Sale By The Contractor Of A Brand New Accelerator For Tomotherapy (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment) 2) Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction And Installation Works Related To The Installation Of Equipment And Adaptation Of The Room In The Radiotherapy Department Of The Ordering Partys I, In Order To Adapt It To The Functional And Technical Requirements, Performance Of All Works As Part Of The Adaptation And Renovation Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order 3) Dismantling, Removal, Transport And Disposal Of The Device In The Ordering Partys Equipment, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Along With Providing The Ordering Party With Documents Confirming Proper Waste Management 4) Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Equipment; 5) Conducting Training For At Least 6 Employees (In Accordance With The Swz) Of The Ordering Party, Including The Operation Of Equipment. The Training Will Cover Medical Staff And Engineering And Technical Staff Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Training Will Be Documented With Personal Certificates And A List Of Trained People Signed By The Training Participants And Their Organizer. 2.
