Telecommunications Services – Supporting Facility Contact Center Netherlands Worldwide (Nww). The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, The Directorate-General For Consular And Visa Affairs, Netherlands Worldwide (Nww) Wants To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Provision Of A Facility Contact Center To Support Nww. The Facility Contact Center Supports Nww In Handling First-Line Customer Contact In Dutch And English. The Service Consists Of A Structural Basic Staffing (Pilot Light) That Provides Support With Regular Services Throughout The Year, Supplemented With The Option To Flexibly Scale Up And Down Capacity When The Situation Requires It. The Size Of The Assignment Has Been Estimated, Partly Based On Experience Figures From Recent Years, Expected Future Needs And Indexations. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is Approximately €750,000 Excluding Vat Per Year, Therefore €3,000,000 Excluding Vat Over A Term Of 4 Years.
