Odot Is Seeking Qualified Contractors To Enter Into On-Call Contracts (Price Agreements) To Perform Rock Scaling Work For Odot As Needed Upon Odots Issuance Of Work Orders. Odot Intends To Award A Price Agreement To Each Qualified Contractor That Submits A Responsive Bid. Once Price Agreements Are Awarded, Selection Of A Contractor From Amongst The Available Price Agreement Holders Will Be Made Using Procedures Described In The Attached Sample Price Agreement.
