Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Roof Of The Castle In Postoloprty

The Subject Of The Performance Is The Repair Of The Emergency Condition Of The Roof, Truss And Wooden Ceilings At The Castle In Postoloprty. A Structural Engineering Survey Revealed Extensive Damage To The Roof Sheathing And Truss Structures, And Further Damage To Related Structures In The Form Of Collapsed Ceilings And Torn Off Roof Ledges Was Also Detected. The Construction-Technical Survey Of The Truss Evaluated The Condition Of The Built-In Wood Of The Truss In Relation To Biotic Pests That Participate In Its Degradation. The Assessment Of The Condition Of The Wooden Elements Was Carried Out By In-Situ Visual Methods With Additional Instrumental Methods, Focusing On The Detection Of Signs Of Damage By Biotic Agents - Insects And Rots. The Survey Was Carried Out In Accessible, I.E. Uncovered Places. The Structural System Of The Rafter Roof Has Been Statically Assessed For Load-Bearing Capacity And In Perfect Condition Will Fully Fulfill Its Purpose, But It Is Necessary To Rehabilitate The Roof Structure And Thus Ensure The Trouble-Free Function Of The Roof Sheathing.It Is Proposed To Repair The Roofs Of The Castle Without Changing Its Area Or Volume Parameters. The Built-Up And Usable Area Does Not Change, The Built-Up Space Also Remains Unchanged.
