2.1 On Island Contractors Only2.2This Project Is To Provide A High Level Of Cleaning And Hygiene Services Across A Variety Of The Poj Estates. The Initial Contract Will Be For Three Years, With The Option To Extend For Two Further Years In One-Year Increments.2.3The Contractor Will Be Expected To Deliver Cleaning Services 364 Days A Year To Support The Safe, Efficient, And Uninterrupted Operation Of The Estate(S). Christmas Day Will Be The Only Day On Which Services Are Not Required.2.4Due To The Size And Operational Diversity Of The Poj Estate, The Services Have Been Divided Into Six Lots For Pricing, Evaluation And Contract Management Purposes.
