The Procurer Does Not Divide The Procurement Into Parts Because The Subject Of The Procurement Contract Is Computers That Work Together Functionally Or Are Necessary To Achieve The Same Goal. The Tender Must Be Submitted Under The Conditions Stated In The Basic Documents Of Public Procurement. The Object Of The Procurement Contract Is The Rental Of Computers That Meet The Conditions Stated In The Technical Description For 48 (Forty-Eight) Months With Transportation And Warranty Service. The Procurement Contract Will Be Concluded With One Successful Bidder. The Tenders Are Evaluated On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender. In The Case Of Equal Evaluation Results, The Procuring Entity Shall Give Preference To The Tenderer Who Submitted The Tender In The State Procurement Register First In Terms Of Date And Time.
