The Client Needs A Solution That Ensures A Modern, Economical, Safe And Environmentally Friendly Vehicle Fleet As Well As Intuitive Administration Of The Vehicle Fleet. The Chosen Supplier Must Also Be An Advisory And Solution-Oriented Partner 1.2.2 Scope As Specified In Section 1.2.1, The Agreement Must Include: 1. Purchase And Leasing (Operational) Of Company Cars 2. Car Administration With Driving Book And Fleet Management (Option) Delivery Under Section 1: When It Comes To The Purchase Of A New Car Under Section 1, It Is Stipulated In The Competition That Offers Are Not Given For Specific Car Models, But On Car Groups. In The Case Of Leasing, The Supplier Also Offers Cars Within Defined Car Groups Where The Price Of Leasing Is Calculated According To The Cost Price, I.E. The Purchase Price Minus The Discount + Specified Equipment And Any Fittings. The Price Of Leasing Is Limited Based On The Cost Price, Lease Period, Nibor Interest Rate + Fixed Mark-Up Percentage And Calculated Residual Value.
