1-Bym-2026 Framework Agreement For Outdoor Installation Of Lighting And Other Electrical Installations . Descriptionoslo Municipality At The Urban Environment Agency (Hereafter Referred To As The Contracting Authority) Is Responsible For Managing, Operating And Developing Municipal Urban Spaces In Oslo, Including Roads, Streets, Cycle And Walking Paths, Parks, Open Spaces, Sports And Outdoor Facilities, As Well As Areas In Marka And Inner Oslofjord. The Agency Must Ensure Clean, Safe And Accessible Urban Spaces With Good Maintenance, Lighting And Waste Management. The Urban Environment Agencys Goal Is To Make Oslo A Safe, Beautiful, Green And Active City For Everyone. The Client Must Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements, For Outdoor Assembly And/Or Lighting And Other Electrical Installations, With Two To Three Suppliers, Provided That We Get Enough Qualified Suppliers. The Framework Agreement Shall Replace Todays Corresponding Framework Agreement Which Expires On 28 November 2026. The Framework Agreement Shall Cover The Need For Outdoor Installation Of Lighting And Other Electrical Installations, When Upgrading Existing Facilities And Establishing New Facilities. The Contract Work Shall Include Electrical Services, Primarily For Lighting Installations (Light Fittings And Control System). The Framework Agreement Shall Also Cover Other Electrical Subjects Such As Event Power, Preparation Of Infrastructure And Installation Of Lighting Fittings, Including Lighting Of Streets, Squares And Meeting Places, Parks, Green Areas And Sports Facilities As Well As Lighting In Fields. The Framework Agreement Shall Cover The Delivery Of Certain Goods, Including Masts And Foundations. Other Agencies, Companies And The Districts In Oslo Municipality Must Be Able To Use The Framework Agreement. In The Cases Where This Is Relevant, Call-Outs Will Be Carried Out By The Client. All Services That Are Carried Out Under The Framework Agreement Must Be Carried Out Within Oslo Municipalitys Borders As Well As Areas In The Countryside And Inner Oslofjord That Are Managed By Oslo Municipality. The Framework Agreement Is Non-Exclusive, Which Means That The Principal Is Therefore Free To Procure Similar Services From Other Suppliers. The Suppliers Are Obliged To Deliver In Accordance With The Contract. Reorganizations In Oslo Municipality May Occur During The Contract Period And May Affect The Responsibility For The Administrative Tasks Of The Client. This May Affect Which Agency, Enterprise And/Or District In Oslo Municipality Will Be The Contracting Authority During The Contract Period. The Agreement Has An Annual Estimated Value Of Up To Nok 30 Million. The Client Points Out That The Estimate Is Based On Past Consumption And Expected Future Need. The Estimate Is Indicative Only And Does Not Imply Any Obligation For The Client. Quantities And Volume May Change During The Contract Period And Are Dependent On, Among Other Things, Budget Funds. The Framework Agreement Delimits The Operational Contracts And Shall Not Cover Ongoing Operational Tasks. The Contract Period For The Framework Agreement Is Up To Four Years From Commencement. Tentative Start Date Is 1 December 2026. A Closer Date Will Be Specified In The Framework Agreement. The Maximum Value For All Calls On The Framework Agreement Is Nok 120 Million. Contract Work That Is To Be Carried Out By Calling Off The Framework Agreement Is Considered Service Delivery And The Contractual Relationship Is Regulated By The Standard Contract Terms For Oslo Municipalitys Purchase Of Tradesman Services With Any Additions And Changes That Appear In The Contract Form For Oslo Municipalitys Purchase Of Tradesman Services. Provisions Will Be Supplemented With The Clients Specification Of The Assignment For The Individual Call-Off And The Suppliers Response/Offer. The Duration Of The Calls Will Be Determined For Each Individual Call. Call-Off Agreement Can Expire After The Contract Period For The Framework Agreement Has Expired.
