One Year Ago, The Norwegian Food Safety Authority Changed Its Organization From Regions And Traditional Lines To National Divisions And Empowered Teams. We Recruited Over 40 New Managers, Which Corresponds To Well Over Half Of All Managers In The Norwegian Food Safety Authority. The New Managers Came In With Different Management Experience And With Backgrounds From Both The Public And Private Sectors. In The Process, We Reduced The Total Number Of Managers, And For Some Managers This Has Resulted In A Greater Range Of Managers.
