The Tenderer Must Carry Out The Construction In Line With The Requirements Specification, Drawings And Design That The Client Has Specified In The Tender Documents, And Which The Client Will Contribute During The Project. During The Execution Of The Assignment, The Client Will Come Up With More Detailed Engineering Of The Solutions Described In The Tender Documents. In Their Offers, Suppliers Must Take Account Of Adjustments/Clarifications That May Occur In The Detailed Design. An Artificial Turf Track And A New Stadium Will Be Established. The Artificial Grass Pitch Must Be No-Fill, Where Rubber Granules Must Not Be Used. See The Requirement Specification For Further Information. Existing Facilities Must Be In Operation While The Work Is In Progress, And Suppliers Must Take This Into Account In Their Offers. Digging And Foundation Work Must Start In Week 46, And The Supplier Must Take This Into Account In Their Offer. The Client Will Prepare And Submit An Application For Commencement Of The Excavation Works. The Winning Tenderer Is Responsible For Handling And Assisting With The Gambling Device Application, And Ensuring That Requirements Relating To The Application Are Met. Several Options Have Been Specified That Suppliers Must Price. The Deadline For Triggering The Options Is Regulated In The Contract, See Appendix 7. The Options Can Be Triggered Individually Or Collectively, And The Client Is Free To Choose Which Options Are Triggered. Some Of The Options Involve The Winning Tenderer Becoming Responsible For Further Engineering Of Certain Works.
