Purpose: The Training Should Contribute To Increasing Competence And Understanding Of Universal Design In Various Professional Groups, Especially For Product Owners And Developers. We Would Like The Supplier To Come Up With A Proposal For Format And Content. If Necessary, Some Candidates May Be Invited To An Interview. The Interview Must Be With The Offered Course Instructor. We Want The Training To: Be As Relevant As Possible To The Work With Digital Services In The Norwegian Environment Agency. Give The Participants Advice, Methods And Experiences That Can Be Used In Their Daily Work. Combines Relevant Theory With Concrete And Practical Examples. Can Be Carried Out Digitally And As Part Of Existing Arenas And Meeting Points, For Example Product Manager Networks, Developer Gatherings Or Similar. The Training Material Is Reusable And Can Be Made Digitally Available To The Norwegian Environment Agency After The Training. Has An Engaging And Experienced Course Instructor/Lecturer. Builds On Experience From Work With Universal Design In The Public Sector.
