The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Digital Learning And Training Platform Based On Ready-Made Software For Teaching Surgical Procedures. The Purpose Of The Service Is To Offer Users The Opportunity To Familiarize Themselves With Surgical Procedures, Regardless Of Time And Place, And To Support The Development Of Professional Skills. The Goal Of The Solution Is To Improve The Availability Of Training And Support Preparation For Procedures And Thereby Promote Patient Safety And The Quality Of Care. The Acquired Software Service Is Delivered As A Cloud-Based (Saas) Service And Must Be Ready-To-Use Without Significant Customer-Specific Development Work. The Acquired Entity Consists Of A Browser-Based Online Platform And Related Learning Content. The Platform Allows Users To View Content Related To Surgical Procedures And Utilize Visual And Multimodal Materials That Support Learning. The Solution Supports Step-By-Step Review Of Procedures, Illustration Of Anatomy And Study Of Surgical Techniques. The Number Of Users Of The Service Is Estimated To Be Around 60 Users To Be Trained And 10 Trainers. This Is An Estimate That Is Not Binding On The Subscriber, And The Actual Number Of Users May Be Higher Or Lower Than This. The Procured Solution Consists Of Two Main Components: 1. The Learning Platform The Learning Platform Is A Browser-Based Software Service Provided By The Supplier, Which Enables Viewing Of Content Related To Surgical Procedures, Supporting Learning And Managing Users. The Platform Supports The Utilization Of Multimodal Learning Material And User-Specific Monitoring Of Use And Learning. 2. Ready-Made Content And Content Management The Service Contains Ready-Made Learning Content About Surgical Procedures, Including Procedure Descriptions, Surgical Stages, Learning Materials Related To Anatomy And Other Visual And Textual Materials That Support Training. In Addition, The Platform Enables The Subscriber Organization To Produce, Store And Share Its Own Educational Content Within The Organization. The Goal Of The Solution Is To Support Learning, Sharing Information And Harmonizing Training Between Different User Groups. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Continuous Development Of The Service. Procedure Contents And Other Features Of The Service Are Regularly Updated And Improved Based On User Experience And Functional Needs. The Solution Is Not Intended As A Patient Information System, And No Identifiable Patient Or Customer Data Should Be Stored In It.
