Work Detail
The Intended Result Of This Tender Procedure Is To Conclude A Single Framework Agreement For The Additional Capacity For Weed Control On Pavements. The Additional Commitment Is Required In Addition To The Clients Own Capacity. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years (From 1-1-2027 To 31-12-2028) And Then An Optional Extension Of 1 Year Four (4) Times (2029, 2030, 2031 And 2032). The Maximum Order Value Under The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Including Optional Extensions Is Set At Eur. 1,500,000 Excluding Vat. This Is The Realistic Expectation Over The Entire Term Of Eur. 250,000 Excluding Vat Per Contract Year Including Possible Extensions.
