The Uu Has Approximately 700 Fume Hoods At The Utrecht Science Park (Usp), Spread Over 15 Buildings. We Outsource The Cleaning, Inspection And, If Necessary, Repair Of The Fume Cupboards Every Three Years. Most Fume Hoods Are Located In Laboratories, Some In Workshops. The Age Of The Fume Hoods Varies And The Variation In Brands And Types Of Fume Hoods Is Large. The Content Of The Assignment Is Further Elaborated In The Poe. The Estimated Value Of Cleaning And Inspecting The Fume Cupboards Is €104,500 Excluding Vat Per Year. If The Full Term Of 10 Years Is Used, This Amounts To A Total Estimate Of €1,045,000 Excluding Vat.
