Tenders Are Invited For Organization And Holding Of Events On Projects Of The Municipality Of Burgas, Which Are Financed With The Funds Of The Municipality Of Burgas And From External Financial Sources

The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Three Contractors For A Period Of Up To 3 Years, In Order To Ensure The Conditions For Organizing And Holding Events Of Various Types And Formats In Implementation Of Projects Of The Municipality Of Burgas, Financed With The Funds Of The Municipality And/Or External Financial Instruments.The Framework Agreement With The Subject Organization And Holding Of Events Under Projects Of The Municipality Of Burgas, Which Are Financed With The Funds Of The Municipality Of Burgas And From External Financial Instruments Regulates The Main Components And Price Parameters In Which The Specific Services Will Be Awarded In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 82 Of The Civil Code.During The Implementation Of Projects, Financed Both By Various Programs And With The Funds Of The Municipality Of Burgas, Various Events Are Organized In Terms Of Format And Scope. Since It Is Not Possible To Determine In Advance Their Exact Type, Number And Time Of Implementation, As Well As The Projects That Are About To Be Approved And Launched, This Order Aims To Determine The Conditions For Awarding The Contracts Based On The Individual Components According To The Type Of Event. ​​​​​​​
