The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Execution Of Construction, Assembly And Repair Works (Smr) For The Restoration Of Asphalt And Pavement Surfaces, Damaged As A Result Of Repaired Accidents On The Water Supply And Sewerage (Water Supply) Network Within The Boundaries Of The Allocated Territory Of The Regional Division Of Blagoevgrad To Water Supply And Sewerage Ltd. - Blagoevgrad.The Execution Of The Order Includes The Following Activities:Construction And Repair Works: Restoration Of Street, Road And Pavement Surfaces (Including Cutting And Milling Of Asphalt, Preparation And Compaction Of Earth Base/Crushed Stone Substrate, Laying Of Asphalt-Concrete Mixtures, Installation Of Curbs, Paving Slabs, Paving, Etc.) With The Aim Of Bringing Them To Their Original Or Design Condition. The Activities Are Carried Out After A Written Assignment (Request) By The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Real Needs And Within The Financial Resources Under The Contract;Delivery Of Materials: Delivery And Installation Of The Necessary Construction Materials, Products And Products, Corresponding To The Current National And European Legislation, Including Regulation (Eu) No. 305/2011 And Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 05.02.2015 On The Conditions And Procedure For Placing Construction Products In The Construction Sites, Accompanied By The Relevant Declarations Of Operational Indicators;Tests And Warranty Liability: Carrying Out The Required Tests And Laboratory Tests Of The Input Materials And The Completed Flooring, As Well As Free Of Charge Removal Of Manifested Defects Within The Warranty Periods Defined In The Contract And According To The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut).
