With This Public Procurement, The Aim Is To Determine Contractors For Each Specific Position And To Enter Into Contracts With Them To Carry Out The Delivery Of Factory New Cars. New Cars Delivered From The Factory Must Fully Comply With The Technical And Operational Characteristics Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 And Appendix No. 2 To The Documentation, As Well As Comply With All Standards And Documents Concerning Quality, Ecology And Safety Valid In The Countries Of The European Union. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes:- Delivery Of Factory New And Unused Cars That Meet The Employers Requirements To The Public Procurement Documentation For Each Specific Item;- Registration Of The Delivered Cars At The Traffic Police After Authorization; - Warranty Service Of The Car By The Contractor, Which Covers All Costs For The Removal Of All Technical Malfunctions And Damages That Occurred Through No Fault Of The Employer And Are Covered By The Warranty Conditions And The Contractors Warranty Liability.
