The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Construction And Repair Works With A Total Of 3300, 5 Sq.M. Along Dobrinka Aleksandrova Street In Moravitsa Village, Antonovo Municipality. The Planned Repair Is For The Improvement Of Part Of The Street Network On The Territory Of The Village Of Moravitsa, Which Is Closely Related To The Development And Improvement Of The Territorial Infrastructure Of The Municipality Of Antonovo.The Execution Of The Construction Includes The Following Activities That Are Related To The Construction Of The Site And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To Them:1. Implementation Of Smr According To The Smr Provided By The Quantitative - Value Account, As Well As The Instructions Of The Investor Control;2. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Necessary Building Products, Materials, Equipment, Etc., In Accordance With The Basic Requirements For Construction, As Well As Compliance With The Technological Requirements For Their Investment;3. Production And/Or Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Equipment And Their Investment In Construction;4. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; 5. Removal Of Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction To The Employer;6. Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods, Which Are In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Guarantee Periods For The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. Smr Should Be Implemented, According To The Requirements Of The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority, Technical Specification Of Api 2025, As Well As In Accordance With All Technical And Technological Requirements And Standards Regulating The Types Of Smr, Subject Of The Order.
