The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Supply Of Coronary Stents Under Consignment Modality For The Hemodynamics Unit Of The Puerto Montt Hospital.The Awarded Supplier Must Maintain A Permanent And Sufficient Stock Of The Awarded Products In The Facilities Determined By The Hospital, In The Measurements, References And Quantities Defined By Common Agreement With The Technical Counterpart.The Consigned Products Will Remain Under The Property Of The Supplier Until Their Effective Use In A Clinical Procedure. The Hospital Will Acquire And Pay Exclusively For Those Products Whose Consumption Has Been Registered, Informed And Validated By The Technical Counterparty.The Initial Delivery, Replacement, Rotation, Exchange Or Withdrawal Of Consigned Products Will Not, In Itself, Constitute An Acquisition Nor Give The Right To Billing.
