Bids Are Invited For Regularization Service Implementation

The Objective Of This Contract Is To Execute A Comprehensive Process Of Regularization, Updating And Implementation Of The Municipal Fixed Asset Management System, In Accordance With The International Public Sector Accounting Standards Nic-Sp And The Instructions Given By The Comptroller General Of The Republic.To This End, The Service Contributes To The Physical Survey Of Municipal Movable And Immovable Property, Review And Update Of Background, Registration And Heritage Classification, Incorporation Of The Information Into A Specialized Computer Platform, Training Of Municipal Users And Delivery Of Tools That Allow Permanent, Updated And Traceable Control Of The Institutional Assets.The Expected Result Of The Contracting Will Be To Have An Updated Municipal Inventory, Supported By Documentation And An Operational Computer Platform That Allows To Support The Administrative, Financial And Accounting Processes Associated With The Municipal Fixed Assets.Also, The Computer Solution Should Allow The Integration Between The Warehouse, Inventory And Fixed Asset Modules, Generating Informationconsistent And Traceable Assets, Allowing Its Interoperability With The Cas Chile Municipal Accounting System.
