The Objective Of This Document Is Tender Is To Hire A Specialized Service To Carry Out A Geotechnical Diagnosis And A Structural Evaluation Of The “Exploradores Del Maipo” Kindergarten And Nursery Room, Located In Llolleo, Commune Of San Antonio, In Order To Identify The Causes Of The Settlements Observed In The Building.The Service Must Contemplate The Collection Of Information On The Ground, The Execution Of Soil Mechanics Studies, The Analysis Of Existing Structural Behavior And The Determination Of Possible Pathologies, Allowing The Safety And Stability Conditions Of The Infrastructure To Be Evaluated.Likewise, The Successful Bidder Is Expected To Provide Technical Recommendations And Solution Proposals That Allow Mitigating Or Correcting The Conditions Detected, Ensuring The Operational Continuity And Safety Of The Establishment.
